''गणपति बप्पा मोरिया'' के जयकारों से गूंजी मुंबई, सेलेब्स के घर पधारे गणपति बप्पा

बॉलीवुड सेलेब्स में इस त्यौहार का अलग ही क्रेज देखने को मिलता है। बॉलीवुड के बड़े-बड़े सितारें चाहे वह किसी भी समुदाय या धर्म के हो गणपति को अपने घर लाते हैं। आइये देखते हैं किस-किस के घर गणपति विराजे हैं-

'गणपति बप्पा मोरिया मंगल मूर्ति मोरया' के जयकारों की आवाज से इस समय पूरा देश गूंज रहा है क्योंकि आज से गणेश चतुर्थी के पावन पर्व शुरू हो गया हैं। बप्पा का जयकारा लगाकर लोग गणपति को अपने घर लेकर आ रहे हैं। बॉलीवुड सेलेब्स भी इस त्योहार को पूरे उत्साह के साथ मनाते नजर आ रहे हैं। इस त्यौहार का खास जश्न महाराष्ट्र में दिखाई देता है। मुंबई का सबसे अधिक लोकप्रिय सार्वजनिक गणेश मंडल है लालबाग का राजा। जहां लालबाग के राजा के दर्शन करना ही अपने आप में भाग्यशाली हो जाना है। यहाँ मन्नते माँगी जाती है और बताया जाता है कि लोगों की मन्नते पूरी भी होती है।

बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस शिल्पा शेट्टी ने गणेश चतुर्थी के शुभ अवसर पर अपने घर में भगवान गणेश की मूर्ति की स्थापना की. शिल्पा शेट्टी हर साल इस पर्व पर बड़ी धूमधाम से गणपति जी की मूर्ति अपने घर में स्थापित करती हैं 

हाल ही में फिल्म साहों से फिल्मी पर्दे पर फिर से वापसी करने वाली मंदिरा बेदी भी अपने घर गणपति लेकर आई। 

एक्टर कार्तिक आर्यन भी काफी उत्साह के साथ अपने घर गणपति की मूर्ती लेकर आये।

विवेक ओबेरॉय अपने घर गणपति बप्पा को लेकर आए साथ ही उन्होंने पर्यावरण को नुकसान न पहुंचाने की भी लोगों से अपील की।

Ganpati Bappa Morya! Traditionally we made clay idols and then immersed them in water to denote the Birth Cycle of Lord Ganesha/Ganpati who was created from Clay/Earth. Visarjan in its own way talks about nature's life cycle and while it should be one of the most Eco friendly events in India, it has become something else all together. Clay Handmade Idols have been replaced with Plaster of Paris and Plastic. Natural brown colour of clay is replaced by toxic paints to make idols shiny and sparkly. Size plays a big role on asserting importance or power of the celebration. “Mine is bigger than yours syndrome!” And then there are those awful unnatural plastic/thermocole decorations! All this is immersed in our seas/rivers/ponds/lakes without caring about the consequences. The consequences are dangerous, a complete contamination of our waters, soil and food chain. Surely Ganpati Bappa would never want to be responsible for harming that what he was born from?
